With a solid foundation in remodeling that began at the age of 18, I initially started by hanging wallpaper before transitioning to tile flooring within a year. Over the past seven years, my career has been dedicated to perfecting the art of full bath and kitchen remodels, resulting in the successful completion of over 100 projects, leaving a trail of delighted customers in my wake.
Beyond my professional life, I find exhilaration in the adrenaline rush of skydiving and the graceful movements of ice skating. However, the most treasured moments are those spent with my wife and children. What truly sets me apart in the remodeling field is my innate ability to solve problems and a relentless pursuit of excellence, consistently delivering work that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations. I am driven by a commitment to quality and a passion for going above and beyond in every project I undertake.

Shannon’s roots stretch from Indiana to Ohio, and she proudly holds the title of an alumna of Ohio University with a degree in Marketing. Her family life is enriched by her marriage to Tony, with whom she shares the joys of parenting two young sons. Before her journey with Bath World and More, Shannon ventured into the realm of technology sales, gaining valuable experience in the industry.
