Bath World and More Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before engaging the services of Bath World LLC. These terms and conditions govern your relationship with us, and by using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
- Agreement
By engaging the services of Bath World LLC, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement shall remain in effect from the date you sign the contract or engage our services.
- Services
2.1. Bath World LLC offers bath and kitchen remodeling services, including design, construction, and renovation.
2.2. Our services are provided in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications and timelines outlined in the contract.
2.3. Any modifications or additional services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may result in additional costs and changes to the project timeline.
- Pricing and Payments
3.1. The total project cost and payment schedule will be outlined in the contract. Any changes to the project scope may result in adjustments to the project cost.
3.2. Payment shall be made in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule, with an initial deposit due at the time of signing the contract.
3.3. Payments are to be made by the client in a timely manner to ensure the project’s progression.
- Cancellation and Termination
4.1. Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. Termination may result in fees for work already performed and costs incurred.
4.2. Bath World LLC reserves the right to terminate the contract if the client fails to make payments as agreed upon in the contract.
- Project Timeline
5.1. Bath World LLC will provide an estimated project timeline, and we will make reasonable efforts to adhere to it. However, unforeseen circumstances may affect the project’s schedule.
5.2. Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, material availability, or government permits, shall not be the responsibility of Bath World LLC.
- Materials and Design
6.1. Bath World LLC will work with the client to choose materials and designs. The client’s choices may affect project costs and timelines.
6.2. Any changes to materials or design must be communicated in writing and may result in additional costs and time.
- Warranties and Guarantees
7.1. Bath World LLC provides a limited warranty on our work, as specified in the contract.
7.2. Materials and fixtures may come with their own warranties, which the client should refer to for specific terms and conditions.
- Insurance
Bath World LLC carries liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance. This insurance does not cover personal belongings of the client or damages resulting from client negligence.
- Client Responsibilities
9.1. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for the project.
9.2. The client should secure their personal belongings in the construction area and take precautions to ensure safety.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, legal action may be pursued in accordance with applicable laws.
- Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
- Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the client and Bath World LLC and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
